At Libera, Max’s mission is to revolutionize supply chains in emerging markets by leveraging AI and blockchain, allowing nano-merchants to unlock new revenue streams through data monetization. His leadership drives the company’s strategic vision and growth, ensuring that the platform delivers real-world solutions to underserved markets. Max holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Omid Pakseresht, CTO and CPO

Omid Pakseresht leads the development and integration of AI and blockchain technologies within Libera’s platform. Omid brings a wealth of technical expertise, having founded Goodfolio, an impact-driven AI studio, and having previously led AI-driven financial solutions at Quantsultancy. At Libera, Omid is focused on ensuring that the company’s AI tools provide actionable insights to nano-merchants, enabling them to monetize their transactional data and improve their business operations. His deep knowledge of AI product development ensures that Libera’s technology remains at the forefront of innovation, driving value for users across emerging markets.

Nicola Harvey, COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Nicola Harvey leads Libera Global AI's strategic operations, focusing on global market expansion, operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of the company’s strategic initiatives. Nicola has a rich background in business development, digital transformation, and marketing, previously serving as Executive Manager at STARTTS, a Humanitarian NFP where she played a key role in strategic planning, business systems development and communications. At Libera, Nicola’s expertise ensures that the company can scale effectively, while her leadership drives global growth by optimizing operational processes. Nicola’s focus is on ensuring Libera’s operations align with its strategic goals for market expansion and user acquisition in Southeast Asia and global markets.

Moazzam Kamran, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS AND STRATEGY

As the Director of Business and Strategy, Moazzam Kamran oversees Libera’s strategic growth initiatives and business development efforts. With extensive experience in blockchain, AI, and telecommunications, Moazzam has held senior roles at Xord and Redtone Telecommunications, driving business transformation across industries. Nikita Riabukhin, Chief Blockchain Architect

An experienced Web3 CTO, with a track record at Partida Services and Centric, has served as the CTO of Libera Foundation since 2022. His expertise includes leading successful IEO/ICO projects and serving as the architect for multiple Web3 ventures. With a strong focus on decentralized technologies, he has played a crucial role in developing innovative blockchain-based solutions that drive growth and value within the industry. His leadership and technical acumen have contributed to significant milestones in Libera's blockchain initiatives.

Zarish Khan, Head of Tokenomics

Zarish Khan is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. With a background in private equity and a strategic focus on blockchain technology, Zarish plays a key role in shaping Libera's tokenomics. Her experience includes working at BlackRock, where she gained exposure to high-level financial models and investment strategies. She has led valuation and fundraising efforts for major fintech and AI/defense initiatives and developed financial models for significant bitcoin mining projects in the Middle East, contributing to her impressive financial and blockchain expertise. Her expertise in financial markets and investment strategies ensures a solid, data-driven approach to the economic structure behind Libera's growth and sustainability.

Maria Slavyaninova, Chief Marketing Officer

Former deal flow coordinator in private equity, as well as a marketing executive. Her experience spans human resources, leadership training, technical recruitment, and multiple roles at Big 4. With strong expertise in digital marketing, strategic communications, and campaign management, Maria’s skill set drives Libera Global's presence across multiple regions.
